& I thought this girl on the left was disgustingly fat with wide hips and big thighs. I thought this girl was ugly, inside and out. Now, on the right, I love myself for my muscular thighs, athletic body, and personality. I enjoy sweets whenever I want, and I have a healthy balance between exercise and nutrition. Do I have bad days? Of course. Do I sometimes freak out about my body? Yes. But I’m so much happier now than I ever thought. #recovery
I love this :)
even her hair looks healthier :-)
reblogging only because I was NOT recovered at 101lbs. It took me a whole 7 months after this picture to truly recover. At this point I was still under eating, over exercising, and hating myself/body.
